3. Unless clearly stated otherwise, if
you have placed your order before 6:00 pm, we aim to send the products within
three days. In the unlikely event that this shipping term cannot be met, we
will keep you informed by e-mail of the new expected shipping time.
4. Costs may be charged for the delivery of your order. These costs depend on the amount of your order. The delivery costs are shown here in the table above and are also displayed during the ordering process and in the order confirmation email.
5. Your order will be delivered by PostNL.
6. IF Craft Beer does not want and may not sell and supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18. To ensure that our products are handed over to an adult (and therefore act in accordance with laws and regulations), the delivery company can inquire about the age and ask for identification.
1. If you want to cancel your purchase,
you must let us know within 14 days of the day of receipt of the products.
2. We prefer that you contact our customer service on +31651765366 (between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.) or that you send us a message via firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also use the ‘modelformulier voor herroeping’ (see attachment 1 terms and conditions), but this is not mandatory. You can fill in this model form and send it to us by post or email. We ask you to always state the order number. That order number is stated in the confirmation email of your order.
3. Some conditions are attached to the return of goods:
a. Products are in original condition and unopened.
b. Products are packed in their original packaging
4. The costs for returning goods are at the expense of the customer unless it concerns an error of IF Craft Beer, such as incorrectly delivered products or products that are not in a flawless condition.
5. Returning orders is always at the risk of the customer. IF Craft Beer is not liable for damage to or loss of returned products. Tip: Always remember to request a track and trace code when you return a package.
6. As soon as the return shipment has been received in good condition by IF Craft Beer, we will refund the amounts paid by you for the products.

1. If you receive products ordered by you
that do not meet the quality requirements that may be set for the product in
question, we request that you notify us as soon as possible and preferably
within 14 days after delivery. We prefer that you contact our customer service

email@example.com. You can also contact us via this number or e-mail address
for other questions.
2. We prefer that you contact us if you have a question or complaint about our beers or service, but we also would like to point out that you can submit a complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform of the European Commission for any extrajudicial dispute resolution. This can be done via the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
